I think the site looks really clean and easy to use. The colors are nice without being too much, and I don’t really see why anyone would complain about it being confusing or cluttered. It feels straightforward to me.

I’m still waiting on my refund it’s been frustrating. It felt like it was taking way longer than it should have, and from the tone of the replies I got, I kind of assumed it just wasn’t a priority for them. Not a great experience overall.
